  • Strength and Mobility ( resistance bands )

Phit Phactory offers a wide variety of user friendly exercises, backed with modifications for most to all fitness levels for guaranteed progress within the process. P. P. takes place virtually ( via zoom ) and in person ( location TBA ) at 7 pm.
