Most think of working out as a chore or lifestyle. Train Like Cain Fitness utilizes physical fitness as a tool to stimulate the mind and body connection for the sake of regeneration. As a nutritionist, the proper foods are consumed, predominantly, in order to keep the immune system strong and connected as well.
Keeping these connections strong is key to vitality. We focus on longevity, quality and mobility; as well as self care, self respect and accountability. At any stage in life or mentality, each of these practices is necessary.
As a product of T. L. C. Fitness, we are actively storing structure to our health and achieving goals set forth mentally and physically. By empowering others, this is how I will impact the people I encounter. Not by saying, by doing.
